All lanes on Auckland's Northern Motorway are open after an earlier car on fire caused disruption for peak hour commuters.
A Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) spokesperson told 1News crews responded to the car on fire on the Northern Motorway southbound just after Constellation Drive.

The call came through shortly after 7am, and two trucks responded from Takapuna and Albany.
New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi warned drivers to "pass with care" and "expect delays".
It confirmed all lanes have since reopened.
Police said there were no reported injuries.
