Kendall and Joshua MacDonald are the proud parents of the first quadruplets born in New Zealand in 20-years.

Now five months old, they and their parents are settling into a routine with five kids under five, as they also have four-year-old Brooklyn running around the house.

The fab four is made up of Quinn, her identical twin sister Indie, and another set of fraternal twins, Molly and Hudson, who is the only boy.

To make things even tougher mum Kendall is now on crutches after injuring her ankle on a rare night out.

Seven Sharp host Hilary Barry went along to help the endless cycle of feeding, nappies, cuddles and sleep.

Find out how she got on in the video above.
