One person dies after two-car crash on SH1 south of Picton

One person has died following a two-car crash 13km south of Picton this morning.

The incident occurred on SH1, Koromiko, at around 9.30am.

The person died at the scene.

No other injuries were reported.

The Serious Crash Unit has been notified.
