The Government is speaking about the findings of a wide-ranging inquiry into the disappearance of Tom Phillips with his three children.
They were on the run for four years, the saga coming to a head a year ago when Phillips was fatally shot by a police officer, having seriously injured another.

The children have been in the care of Oranga Tamariki since.
Minister for Social Development Louise Upston, Police Commissioner Richard Chambers and Oranga Tamariki chief executive Amanda Malu are speaking to media about the government response to retired High Court judge Simon Moore KC's inquiry.
