Prime Minister Christopher Luxon is speaking to the media, the day after he survived a second caucus leadership vote.

Today, he has met the visiting Vietnamese President To Lam.

Last night Luxon sacked Chris Penk - who subsequently said he would step down at the upcoming election - for orchestrating the vote on Luxon's leadership.
