Swimmer Lewis Clareburt has struck gold once again at the Commonwealth Games - this time in the 400m individual medley.
The 27-year-old finished with a time of 4m 08.72s, more than two seconds clear of Australian Will Petric.
It's Clareburt's second gold in Glasgow, and now the second time he's sucessfully defended a title from Birmingham.
Yesterday, Clareburt stunned his rivals in the 200m butterfly.
New Zealand now has 10 medals in total, two gold, five silver and three bronze.
He told Sky after the race the win was a "pretty good feeling".
"I love racing, and being part of that race, it was pretty fun."
Clareburt was just short of the games record he set four years ago, but wasn't dwelling too much on that.
"Pretty gutting to finish that race and look up and see just over the time but I'm where I want to be," he said.
"I'm where I was four years ago pretty much. That's what I wanted this year. Hopefully in the years to come I can build off that. There's so many things that probably went wrong in that race that I can fix up at a later date. I can analyse it all I want right now but I think I just got to be happy I won the race."
