New Zealand have two warmup matches, against Haiti and England in Florida in early June before the tournament starts.
They then play Iran, Egypt and Belgium in the World Cup - the All Whites' first appearance since 2010 in football's biggest showpiece.
Unlike in the 2010 tournament, head coach Bazeley will be taking a fully professional squad to the tournament and will have his pick of players from leagues around the world.
One player who is guaranteed to be on today's list is striker and captain Chris Wood, who plies his trade with Nottingham Forest in the English Premier League.
A group of young Kiwis have started to make their mark on the football world, with a good chunk likely to be in the squad.
One of them is defender Tyler Bindon, 21, who has just wrapped up a loan spell at Sheffield United in the English Championship.
Others include 22-year-old Finn Surman, currently playing for the Portland Timbers in the American MLS, and 23-year-old Jesse Randall, who will be packing his bags for Scotland next season when he moves to Dundee United.
