Police are investigating an incident in the Auckland suburb of Northpark yesterday which saw a young person taken to hospital with moderate injuries.
A St John Ambulance spokesperson told 1News it was notified of the incident at 6pm yesterday evening and sent one ambulance and one rapid response vehicle.
"One person was taken to Middlemore Kids [Kidz First Children's Hospital at Middlemore] in a moderate condition."
A police spokesperson said a scene examination has been completed and inquiries are underway to establish "the exact circumstances surrounding this incident".
