A cyclist has died after a crash in Warkworth this morning.
Police were alerted to the incident at the intersection of Falls Rd and Mansel Drive at about 7am.
"A vehicle was also involved in the incident," a police spokesperson said.
"Sadly, the cyclist received critical injuries and died at the scene.
"Police extend our condolences to their family and friends at this time."

Drivers were urged to avoid the area with the road closed while the Serious Crash Unit examine the scene.
"Diversions are in place at the intersections of Hudson Rd and Falls Rd, and Viv Davie-Martin Drive and Falls Rd," police said.
