Man arrested over suspicious Hamilton CBD fire

A man has been arrested over a fire in Hamilton's CBD last weekend.

The blaze on Sunday saw part of a building's roof collapse.

Police believed was deliberately lit.

Police say a 27-year-old man has been charged with arson following the fire.

There were no reports of any injuries.

Police yesterday released an image of a man who they said may have been involved in the incident.

The man is due to appear in court this afternoon.
