A baby is reportedly among those injured in a triple stabbing which left two people critically injured in West Auckland last night.
Police were called to Kirby St in Glendene at around 11.40pm following reports of disorder where someone had been injured.
Acting Detective Inspector Megan Goldie from Waitematā CIB said officers found three people with injuries that appeared to be consistent with knife wounds.
"Two people were taken to hospital in a critical condition," she said.

"The third person suffered minor injuries and was also transported to hospital."
The NZ Herald reported neighbours tended to a wounded baby who was among the three injured.
"I woke up and listened for a minute to make sure and then got my brother to check he also heard it," a neighbour told the Herald.
"We went into the house and saw blood everywhere."
Police confirmed to 1News a child was among the three people injured.
Hato Hone St John said it sent three ambulances, two critical care units and an operations manager to the scene.
Vision from the scene showed a large number of police officers in attendance.
Goldie said while the investigation was in its early stages, police were not currently looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
Residents could expect an increased police presence in the area while inquiries continued.
