Dame Jacinda Ardern and her husband have reportedly bought a AU$5.3 million (NZ$6.5 million) home in Sydney's northern beaches, according to local media.
Earlier this year, Dame Jacinda, her husband Clarke Gayford and daughter Neve joined the exodus of Kiwis who made the move to Australia, after selling their Auckland home.
At the time, a spokesperson said "the family has been travelling for a few years now".
"For the moment they are basing themselves out of Australia - they have work there, and it brings the added bonus of more time back home in New Zealand."
Now, the former New Zealand prime minister has settled on a home in Dee Why after looking at properties in the area, according to the Guardian.
The sale – first reported by the Sydney Morning Herald citing people familiar with the sale - was being handled by Raine & Horne Northern Beaches.
It was reportedly the biggest residential sale recorded in the suburb so far this year.
The suburb was known for its bustling coastal charm and surf beach, with popular cafes, restaurants and bars about a half-hour drive from central Sydney.
Recently, Gayford shared a video of himself unboxing the Emmy Awards won by the documentary - titled Prime Minister - about his wife.
Also this year, she was awarded an honorary degree from Oxford University, as the only politician and only New Zealander recognised this year.
