Labour is expected to set out its fiscal policy for the election this morning, with leader Chris Hipkins due to speak to media in Wellington at around 11am.

The announcement will provide more detail on how Labour would manage the government's finances if elected in November, including its spending and revenue priorities.

Hipkins is expected to outline the party's approach as Labour continues to campaign ahead of the election.
