Three injured after trailer comes loose from car in Auckland

Three people have been hurt in Waiake on Auckland's North Shore after a trailer came loose from a car.

The trailer crashing into a parked car on Beach Road which had three people sitting inside.

One of them was seriously injured and the other two had moderate injuries.

The road has been closed at the corner of Beach Road and Waiake Street and the intersection of Beach Road and Ellangowan Road.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
