A person is in critical condition following an incident near Auckland's Pukekohe yesterday, with a police car seen damaged at the scene.
Emergency services were called to Patumāhoe Road at 6.45pm after an incident where "multiple vehicles were damaged"
Police said one person was in a critical condition, while another was in a serious condition.
A Hato Hone St John spokesperson said it treated four patients at the scene and transported two people to hospital.

The other two suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
Footage from the scene showed multiple damaged vehicles, including a police car, strewn across the road.
Patumāhoe Road was closed between Hunter Road and Gun Club Road.
