A 7-year-old child who went missing from Hamilton yesterday afternoon has been found.
An Amber Alert was issued by police after the child failed to return home after visiting a friend around 4pm on Wednesday.
This morning, the public were asked to help locate the missing child.
Shortly after 7am police told 1News that he had been found.
