One ticket wins $8m Lotto Powerball jackpot

One ticket struck it lucky tonight, winning the $8 million Lotto Powerball jackpot.

The ticket was sold to a Hamilton MyLotto account.

The winning numbers were: 05, 19, 23, 31, 39, 40 Bonus 25 Powerball 01.

The ticket also shared Lotto First Division with two other players, taking home another $333,333.

Strike's top prize wasn't won and has rolled over.
