How are Auckland Zoo's animals doing after the flooding?

After the weekend, Auckland Zoo looked more like an outdoor aquarium than a zoo.

Flooded in Friday's deluge, the usually tranquil Motions Creek turned into a raging torrent.

And when the water kept rising, animals had to be moved, including the alligators so they didn't escape.

Now the aftermath.

The clean up is continuing with the wreckage in full view.

But the animals, not so much.

So, where are they? And how are they?
