Personal treasures of household name Billy T James are being put up on the auction block.
The comedian’s family has been holding on to his many awards and memorabilia since his death in 1991 at the age of 42.
They’ve since decided now is the time to share some of the items he loved with those who loved him too.
The items - including his guitars, a scrapbook and even his MBE from the Queen - have been listed on Trade Me.
“They will be people that love Billy T. James - because that’s why they're buying it and they're the homes I want them to go to,” Billy's friend and former manager, Rick Harris, said.
Harris is selling the items on behalf of the family.
