The region heading towards a baby boom under lockdown

While Auckland is under Level 3 restrictions, another part of the country is heading for a lockdown baby boom.

Last month saw a record 58 babies born at the birthing centre in Bethlehem, in the Bay of Plenty.

Comedian Ben Hurley headed down to investigate the cause of this spike.
