Man, 57, arrested after firearm incident on West Coast

A man has been arrested after a firearms incident on the West Coast and charged with firearm offences.

Detective Sergeant Kirsten Norton said in a statement the 57-year-old was arrested after an incident between neighbours in Seddonville at 10pm yesterday.

It "resulted in a man being taken to hospital with a gunshot injury to one shoulder". 

Police will be examining the scene today and making further enquiries.
