Raw video: YouTube employees searched by police as shooting situation unfolds near San Francisco

YouTube employees have left the company's headquarters in San Bruno, California fleeing an active shooter.

A group of employees were filmed being padded down by police outside the company's offices.

Locals have reported hearing gunfire about 7.52am NZT (12.52pm local time), and employees of the company have been seen exiting the building with hands in the air as police watch on and search them.
