Simon Bridges accuses Jacinda Ardern of 'undermining of business confidence'

National has delivered a scathing report on Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's performance since she assumed the top job five months ago, saying her Government is "undermining business confidence".

Simon Bridges says the Labour-led government is putting the economy at risk.

"Literally over the last couple of weeks adding to what's already come is a serious undermining of business confidence," Mr Bridges told TVNZ1's Breakfast today.

"And more than that the cracks that are showing in the government show its instability."

Last week Mr Bridges called Ms Ardern accepting an anti-oil exploration petition as a 'political stunt'.
