Crash between car and motorbike in Waikato leaves one person critically injured

One person is in a critical condition following a crash between a car and a motorbike in the Waikato this afternoon. 

A police spokesperson said the crash occurred just before 12.10pm, west of Huntly, on Rotowaro Road, near the intersection with Inglis Road in Glen Afton.

The crash victim is being treated at Waikato Hospital.

Road diversions will likely be put in place while the Serious Crash Unit investigates.
