Dramatic footage has shown the moment a child was dragged along a Melbourne street after his legs got stuck in a bus door.
The boy was being carried by an adult, who was stepping off the bus in the suburb of St Kilda at around 5.10pm on June 5.
The bus doors closed before the child's legs were clear, and he became trapped.
The bus drove off, and the adult desperately tried to cling on – eventually tumbling over.

According to 9News, passengers pleaded for the driver to stop when they realised what had happened.
The incident has prompted Victoria's bus safety regulator to plead for the man and any witnesses to come foward.
The operator, Kenetic, described the incident as distressing and apologised to those affected.
It said it would reinforce safety procedures with drivers.
