Your morning Olympics catch-up on the action you might've missed from overnight, and a look behind the scenes at what’s going on in Paris.
Skiff sailors make it six
Sailors Isaac McHardie and Will McKenzie have continued New Zealand’s proud tradition of bringing home medals in the 49er division with a silver medal in Marseille.
With the wind finally playing ball for racing, the duo took advantage of an Irish error to capitalise in the double-points medal race.
They had to finish two places ahead of Ireland to leapfrog them.

McHardie and McKenzie’s silver medal was the country’s fourth in consecutive Olympics in the 49er class.
Hobbs breezes through
There’s something about the glamour of athletics – in particular the sprinting – that takes the Olympics to another level.
Zoe Hobbs raced into the semi-finals of the 100m with a season-best time of 11.08 seconds.
The purple track at Stade de France is not only supposedly faster than most – but it certainly looks fantastic too.

It’s a sprint, not a marathon
Solomon Islands distance runner Sharon Firisua was given her country’s sole spot in the women’s 100 metres preliminary heat.
She hadn’t qualified for the Games but received a wildcard entry from Solomon Islands Olympic officials.
These spots are typically deserved for smaller countries to give athletes a chance to compete on the biggest stages.
But ultimately, the marathon runner performed exactly as you might expect from a long-distance athlete competing in a sprint.
She finished last with a time of 14.31 seconds.
Although she was fast enough to evade reporters in the mixed zone – and did set a personal best time on the track.
Slovakian swimmer collapses
There were dramatic scenes at the swimming, with Slovakian Swimmer Tamara Potocká collapsing after her heat in the women’s 200m individual medley.
She received medical treatment immediately, before being carried away on a stretcher.
The team says Potocká suffered an asthma attack and didn’t have an inhaler with her.
