Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa have reached an agreement on their divorce just one day after filing.
Bonet, whose legal name is Lilakoi Moon, filed documents to end her marriage to Momoa in Los Angeles County court on Monday (local time), citing irreconcilable differences.
Momoa, 44, and Bonet, 56, separated more than two years ago but remained legally married.
According to documents obtained by People magazine, the former couple has agreed to share custody of their two children — daughter Lola, 16, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 15 — without any formal child support pay.
Momoa and Bonet have waived the right to seek spousal support from one another.
The paperwork read: "Based upon the division of assets and income as agreed by the parties in the (settlement), the parties shall share the living expenses of the minor children, and neither party shall pay child support to the other.
"Such waiver of support is permanent and final and no court anywhere ever shall have the power or jurisdiction to award spousal support in favour of either party," according to the court documents.
"Neither Petitioner nor Respondent shall ever be entitled to an order from any court for spousal support, regardless of any future change of circumstances relating to their respective health or financial condition."
Momoa and Bonet met and began dating in 2005, and married in 2017. They waited until January 2022 to announce their break-up.
"We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring," a joint statement said at the time.
They added that they were sharing the news "not because we think it's newsworthy, but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty."
"The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become," they said.
"Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life our children. Teaching our children what's possible. Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail."
Bonet was previously married to Lenny Kravitz from 1987 to 1993.
