One of the biggest tourist developments in Rotorua's history has finally opened to the public.

The new Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa is projected to bring thousands of more tourists into Rotorua each year.

But its completion was touch and go for a while, thanks to Covid-19.

Wai Ariki Hot Springs was tens of millions of dollars in the making... so is it worth it?
