The festive season has officially descended on the capital as Santa and his little helpers took part in Christmas celebrations today.
Thousands of people lined the streets to take in the sights and sounds of the holiday.
The event had everything from face painting to ice rinks, and even the non-traditional foam pit.
It was capped off with a colourful parade featuring the man in red himself.
