One dead after single-vehicle crash in Christchurch

One person has died after a single-vehicle crash in Christchurch's Bromley overnight.

Police were called to the scene on Ruru Road at about 12.10am this morning.

The vehicle's sole occupant died at the scene, police said.

Police enquiries into the crash are ongoing.
