Wellington's Mt Victoria tunnel reopens after crash

A rush hour crash briefly closed Wellington's Mt Victoria tunnel in both directions.

The two-car crash happened at 5.10pm and Waka Kotahi asked motorists to avoid the area if possible.

The tunnel was reopened at 6.05pm, and Waka Kotahi asked people to be patient as congestion eased.
