Slip blocks part of SH5 north of Rotorua

A slip has blocked part of State Highway 5 in Ngongotahā, north of Rotorua tonight.

Police said it was called to the scene around 6.25pm.

The northbound lane is blocked to traffic between Paradise Valley Rd and Western Rd, and diversions are being put in place.

Police said motorists are advised to expect delays.
