Person critical after car collides with 3 parked vehicles in Auckland

One person has been critically injured after a car collided with three parked vehicles in the Auckland suburb of Flat Bush on Saturday night.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Valderama Drive around 8.45pm, police say.

One person has since been taken to Auckland City Hospital with critical injuries.

It comes after an off-duty police officer was stood down last week following a fatal crash between a car and cyclist on nearby Stancombe Road.
