Motorcyclist dies following Canterbury crash

A motorcyclist has died following a crash in the Waitaki District, Canterbury, this afternoon.

Police said emergency services responded to the single motorcycle crash on Kurow-Duntroon Road around 12:40pm on Friday.

One person died at the scene.

Motorists are advised to expect delays.
