E-bike rider seriously injured in crash with truck in Tokoroa

A person has been seriously injured after a crash involving an e-bike and a truck in Tokoroa.

Police said the accident happened around 6.50am on Friday on Browning St in the south Waikato town.

The cyclist was airlifted to Waikato Hospital in a serious condition.

The road is now open following the crash.
