Twenty-nine new locations and times of interest across Auckland, Northland, Hamilton and the Waikato have been added to the Ministry of Health's website on Friday afternoon.
The locations of interest, updated at 6pm, includes multiple Auckland petrol stations, bakeries, supermarkets, a laundromat and Bus 392 Pukekohe; Harbour View Hotel in Raglan; and Violet's Coffee @ Pit Lane in Hamilton.
There are also two new locations of interest in Whangārei, including BP Connect Wylies petrol station in Woodhill, and the Z Kensington service station.
A full list of locations of interest, which continues to be updated, can be found on the Ministry of Health's website.
At 4pm, seven entries were added. In Auckland, they included Pak'nSave Manukau, the Four Square on Heaphy Terrace, and Chemist Warehouse in Flat Bush.
One location in Raglan was also added: Ali Turkish Kebabs on Bow Street.
At 2pm, 20 entries to the locations of interest list were added. In Auckland, that included the SuperValue in Avondale, Greenlane Clinical Centre outpatient department, the Z petrol station at Auckland Airport, and the BP on Great South Road in Manukau.
There were two new locations of interest in Raglan added at 2pm: Raglan Roast Coffee on Volcom Lane and Raglan Bakery on Bow Street.
At noon, the Ministry of Health confirmed seven new locations of interest.
It included The Sushi House in Te Rapa, Hamilton. It was visited on Friday, October 1, between noon and 12.35pm.
Auckland locations confirmed at 12pm also included the Sonny Bakery Ormiston, Countdown Lynnmall, Village Kebab Titirangi, New World Green Bay, Supervalue Titirangi, Hollywood Bakery and Cafe Flat Bush, and Chemist Warehouse Lynnmall.
New World Green Bay was visited on three different days, while Supervalue Titirangi was visited twice in one day on Tuesday this week, and earlier on Sunday, October 3.
New World Green Bay was visited on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week, all between 4pm and 4.15pm.
Super Liquor Mt Wellington, already announced as a location on Thursday, has had a new day and time added — Wednesday, October 6, between 12.15pm and 1.20pm.
The same goes for Countdown Manukau, visited on Monday this week between 9am and 4pm.
The advice for all of the locations is to self-monitor for Covid-19 symptoms for 14 days from exposure.
The Ministry of Health had told people in Auckland and Northland on Thursday to check for new locations of interest on Friday.
This came after a person who was under investigation after returning a weak positive result in Whangārei earlier this week returned a positive test result in Auckland.
