Pedestrian dies after incident involving vehicle this morning in Ōpōtiki

A pedestrian has died after an incident involving a vehicle this morning in the Bay of Plenty town of Ōpōtiki.

Emergency services were notified of the incident on Waioeka Road this morning at 4.53.

Police are on scene working to determine the exact circumstances of what occurred.
