Police release name of four-year-old boy killed in Canterbury forklift accident

A four-year-old who died following a forklift accident on Robinsons Road in Prebbleton yesterday has been identified as Jackson Bruce White.

In a statement in which the child's name was released, police tonight expressed their sympathies for his grieving family.

WorkSafe were notified of the incident, which took place on a residential work site.

The child received medical attention but died at the scene.
