Two people have died, as well as a child and another person seriously injured, in a crash in Kaipara last night.
Emergency services were called to the crash on State Highway 1, in Topuni, about 8.50pm.
Two people died at the scene, another person was transported to Auckland Hospital in a serious condition, and a child was transported to Starship Hospital also in a serious condition.
The Serious Crash Unit has examined the scene and police will investigate the cause of the crash.
