Beloved Kiwi musician Dave Dobbyn has performed his iconic Welcome Home song at Auckland's remembrance service for the victims of the Christchurch terrorist attacks.
Dobbyn played in front of a crowd at Eden Park this afternoon, shortly after a speech from Sonny Bill Williams.
A Ngāti Whātua waiata was also sung by students from Kowhai Intermediate, after a Muslim prayer service had taken place.

The event follows the large National Remembrance Service at Christchurch's Hagley Park this morning.
Cat Stevens performed two songs and a speech was given by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern at the Chrustchurch service.
