Crusaders coach Scott Robertson provided another zinger during a media session today in Christchurch.
With All Blacks skipper Kieran Read named to start for the Crusaders against the Hurricanes on Friday in Wellington after a four month lay-off due to injury, Robertson was asked if he was dreaming about his return.
"I don't think I have been dreaming about Kieran Read returning to play to be fair," said Robertson.
"I have been hopeful, the medical meetings on Monday mornings – you're sitting with a 'I hope he's coming back,' but yeah.
"Interesting question, next."
Robertson has named a strong side for their Super Rugby clash against Canes, with 10 All Blacks named in the starting team.
