The Kiwi comedians' guide on what not to do at the Christmas work do

Office Christmas parties are arguably some of the worst around.

To prove it, a group of Kiwi comedians have produced Work Do - a play to educate the nation's partygoers on the top must not dos this silly season.

According to the group, the way to survive the office festive party with your dignity intact is to:

- avoid drinking too much

- avoid dancing on tables

- avoid taking your clothes off and dancing on tables

- basically just staying away from tables

But on a serious note, Kim Campbell, chief executive of the Employers and Manufacturers Association says the office party is all about doing the sensible thing, as you would at home.

"It's not about canning the party, it's about being a responsible host," he says.
