Sonny Bill Williams is feeling pretty confident heading into his charity boxing match this weekend - so much so he's even admitted he hasn't bothered training for it.
Williams goes head-to-head with Stu 'the Bachelor' Laundy on December 1 in Sydney to raise money the The Exodus Foundation, The Bill Crews Charitable Trust and Auckland City Mission.
But the 33-year-old, who has a professional record of 7-0, told Daily Mail Australia he hasn't needed to train because the fight won't reach a "knockout" stage.
"For me, I don't have to [train for this] because I've been in pretty intense training with the All Blacks anyway," he said.
"I can just rock up and do my thing and God willing, raise quite a bit of money for the homeless."
Laundy, who was a contestant on the third season of Australia's "The Bachelorette", enters the Banger in the Hanger with no boxing background.

"I beat a bloke called Dave Reburger in year six, so I'm one from one," he joked in September.
