First photos: KiwiBuild apartments in Ōtāhuhu open to public

Ten Kiwibuild apartments will be open for public viewing in South Auckland this weekend prior to the ballot opening for the new homes.

The Mason Square development, located at 105 Mason Ave. in Ōtāhuhu, will be open to the public from 11am-2pm on Saturday and 2-5pm on Sunday.

The two-bedroom apartments cost between $580,000 and $600,000 and are 64.9 square metres to 74.9 square metres, including the balcony. 

The ballot opens on Monday and runs until November 30, with public viewings held each weekend. 

Nine more KiwiBuild homes in Mason Square are under construction, due to be finished by June next year.
