Ahead of his return to the All Blacks starting lineup against Argentina tomorrow, star midfielder Sonny Bill Williams can't hide his excitement about a return to Test rugby.
Williams, 33, will start in the number 12 jersey in Buenos Aires tomorrow, making his first All Blacks appearance since the June series whitewash over France.
Speaking to media yesterday, Williams detailed his return to the field, coupled with his excitement at being able to lace up his boots for the first time in nearly three months.
"(I'm) just grateful to be back playing, in the squad," he said.
"For the last few weeks, I've been around, but haven't been able to get back out there or get the body right.
"Of course you feel nerves, it's a little bit daunting going out there in the spotlight, but I try and thrive on that - try and walk towards it, and get excited about it."

After the All Blacks' 36-34 defeat to South Africa in Wellington two weeks ago, Williams made it clear that the side need to bounce back by avoiding a historic loss to the Pumas tomorrow morning.
"When you're in an environment that is so successful it drives success and the pressure to perform and not just win," he told the All Blacks' official website.
"The times that I have been involved with a loss we delve deeper into the solutions and we have those tough conversations that need to be had. We've done that this week."
