All Blacks prop Owen Franks wasn't skipping leg day as the team hit the gym in Nelson, putting away a 200kg set of squats.
After bringing up his 100th Test match against the Wallabies at Eden Park last month, Franks isn't slowing down, going through an excruciating leg workout in preparation to face Argentina at Trafalgar Park.
Franks was joined in his leg workout by the locking duo of Brodie Retallick and Scott Barrett, all hoping to face the Pumas on Saturday.
The All Blacks' side to face Argentina will be announced later this week.
