Jack Tame's political skills were effortlessly on show this morning as he stood in and impersonated sick Labour MP Kieran McAnulty on TVNZ 1's Breakfast Club segment.
Adopting a Tump-esque red cap to identify him in the role of McAnulty, Tame debated with himself and regular National MP Chris Bishop on the week's hot political topics.
For his part, Bishop was both flabbergasted and left in hysterics as Tame rattled off what he thought McAnulty would say.
The years of interviewing countless politicians has clearly rubbed off on Tame as he mustered up some political bluster to ram home Labour's health agenda.
Watch the absurdist results above.
