Two boys, aged four and two months, were victims in 'tragic' Desert Rd crash on Easter Friday

The names of the two young children who died in a Desert Rd crash on Friday have been released by police. 

The Hamilton boys were 4-year-old Arteen Mosaferi and two-months-old Radeen Mosaferi.

"Arteen died at the scene and Radeen died at Starship Hospital yesterday from injuries sustained in the crash," police said in a statement. 

"Police extend their deepest sympathies to the family of Arteen and Radeen for their tragic loss."

The crash is being investigated.
