Woman dies after being hit by car in South Auckland

A woman has died in hospital after being hit by a car in South Auckland yesterday. 

A statement by police said she was hit at 7.12am yesterday in Mangere, and taken to hospital in a serious condition. 

She died at 8.30pm last night. 

The Serious Crash Unit are investigating.
