Hurricanes coach Chris Boyd has admitted he has no idea which Barrett brother will take kicks at goal for his side, as they prepare to face the Rebels this weekend.
So far this season, the Hurricanes have split kicking duties, with Beauden Barrett taking close range opportunities, while younger brother Jordie tending to shoot from distance.
Speaking to media today, Boyd said that he was clueless as to which brother will take kicking duties for any given match.
"I don't know, I've never asked them," he said.
"I don't know how they decide, but at the end of the day they don't need my interference to decide who's going to kick."
"I know in Beaudy's case, being the senior person, when he thinks it's appropriate to kick he will - when he thinks it's appropriate for somebody else to kick, they will."
